Why does my product’s texture or color vary slightly?

Slight variations in the texture or color of our tallow-based skincare products are normal due to the organic nature of tallow, influenced by factors like the diet of grass-fed animals, seasonal changes, small-batch production, and weather conditions during shipping. If your product arrives slightly soft or melted, simply place the jar upright in the refrigerator for a short period to re-solidify, then store in a cool, dry place. These variations or changes in texture do not affect the product’s quality, safety, or effectiveness, ensuring you receive the full nourishing benefits of our skincare. We do not issue product exchanges based on the consistency upon arrival.

 

Do you offer refunds or returns?

We craft our products in small batches to ensure maximum quality and freshness. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept refunds, exchanges, or returns. If your order arrives damaged or contains an error, please contact us within 14 days of your order date, and we will gladly assist you.
